Wisconsin Parental Choice Program

Luther High School participates in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP). Through this program, qualified families receive a state-funded voucher that covers their student’s full tuition at Luther High School.

All incoming 9th-grade students who are Wisconsin residents, meet the income requirements, and apply during an open application window are eligible to receive a voucher. Once awarded, the voucher remains with the student throughout their time at Luther High School, although families must reapply each year to continue participation in the program.

Students who are already participating in the WPCP may continue in the program at Luther High School without re-verification of income requirements. They do need to reapply each year and provide residency documentation to remain in the program.

Eligibility is determined by family size and Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) as reported on the most recent tax return. Applicants must be residents of the State of Wisconsin.

Luther High School offers three primary application windows in February, March, and April. Two additional application windows are available in August and September for families with special circumstances.
