Luther High School is proud to introduce a new Knights mascot identity — a refreshed look designed to strengthen and unify our school’s athletic branding while honoring the generations of students, alumni, families, and supporters who have built the Luther tradition.
For decades, the Knight has represented Luther High School with strength, character, and faith. As our school continues to grow and evolve, this updated identity reflects both where we have been and where we are going. The new logo system provides a modern and consistent visual identity for athletics, school spirit, apparel, and campus branding while remaining rooted in the values that define Luther High School.
The new Knights identity will work alongside Luther’s existing “LK” athletics logo and the school’s cross and book institutional logo, each serving an important role within the Luther brand. At the same time, the longtime knight-on-horse mascot will continue to hold a special place in Luther history and will be archived for special alumni events and throwback apparel.
Students and staff were among the first to celebrate the new brand rollout, receiving commemorative shirts and participating in the official mascot reveal. The excitement surrounding the launch reflects the pride and enthusiasm shared across the Luther community.
In the months ahead, Luther High School looks forward to incorporating the new Knights identity throughout campus and athletic facilities.
