The Admissions Process at Luther

Once your application is approved, you will receive an email to set up a Skyward account. Skyward is the student information system used by Luther to hold information and communicate with families.

Transferring from another school? Luther High School will send your previous school a release of records form to acquire all of your student files.

- The enrollment period for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) begins in early February. There are 3 primary windows – February, March, and April.
- Various forms of tuition assistance are available from Luther High School. Families interested in applying for tuition assistance will fill out a FACTS application. FACTS is an electronic financial aid and tuition management form. Learn more about this process on our Tuition Assistance page.
All families who pay tuition in full by July 31 will receive a $100 discount.
Freshman Orientation is the day before the first day of school.

Enrollment Timeline
Early February – The Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) opens for applications. Two additional windows open in March and April*. Returning WPCP families must reapply to WPCP and provide Luther High School with residency verification documents each year.
February 15 – FACTS applications must be completed, and all required documentation must be sent to FACTS to be considered for tuition assistance from LHS. Families who miss the February 15th deadline will still be allowed to apply for the 2nd round of tuition assistance.
March – The advisor assigned to your child will contact you about scheduling classes. Please note the scheduling due date provided in this communication.

Middle of April – The last day to sign up for the WPCP and submit verification information to Luther High School.
April 30 – Each enrolled family must have a FACTS account and payment plan set up. Luther High School uses FACTS for billing and payments.
June – Forms will be emailed to your family with instructions for completion. This includes the required medical consent form, interest forms for activities such as music lessons, Skyward online registration verification, and more. Watch your email for this important information.
July 31 – A $100 tuition discount will be applied to families who pay tuition in full.
July 31 – All fee payments and medical consent forms are due to the school office. This is a requirement for all students. Examples of activity fees include: Athletics, Handbells, Color Guard, Sound Foundation, Percussion Rental, and Jazz Band.
*August and September WPCP enrollment windows are available for special circumstances.
